Familia (Swahili and Spanish): family 

We are a grassroots, social, learning and coaching community and  business incubator for aspiring female entrepreneurs.

Our Mission
is to build families and elevate communities by providing innovative workforce development, and socio-economic empowerment programs that educate, strengthen, uplift, and ignite.

Our Vision
is to collectively facilitate  economic competitiveness, self efficacy and abundance, by providing access to the skills, tools and support, necessary to build a future on a solid foundation.     

Banah Entrepreneurial Institute  
Is  an innovative workforce development initiative that serves as a business incubator and coaching program for established and aspiring  female entrepreneurs.  

           

Our staff and volunteers donate 100% of their time and talents so that all resources directly benefit our clients. We are a collaborative cooperative!
 
We are a program of The Virginia Organizing Project,a 501(c)3 organization who handles all of our administrative work so that we can focus on developing and presenting programs that work to build our community
