The Banah Entrepreneurial Institute 
is an innovative workforce development initiative that serves as a business incubator and coaching program for established and aspiring  female entrepreneurs.  Through our collaborative relationships with the Small Business Council, the Charlottesville Office of Economic Development , and local business owners, we assist community members in the process of bringing their ideas of small business ownership to fruition.  Programs include assessment and evaluation of the market for their product or service, business plan development; and website design support. Our Entrepreneurial Toolbox encourages  to discover, define and build upon their existing assets while developing essential skills that promote sustainable success. 

Youthpreneurs is a program for high school students that focuses on  projects that  facilitate and encourage entrepreneurial thinking, and the awareness that limitless opportunities exist with their ideas. Our program also .helps build foundational life and personal skills that help promote achievement both in and outside the classroom.

Please join us for coffee or tea and a treat or two and see what women and youth in our community are dreaming, believing and doing! We offer a unique venue for graduates of our program, as well as community entrepreneurs to promote and sell their services or products at our quarterly community event.
